My daughter wanted an icecream cake. We looked around and ended it up ordering from cold stone. She was able to navigate the site and designed her own icecream cake. There was an issue with their website and they couldn't deliver on her birthday (one star off). But they called and I rescheduled to the Friday that week. It took some time to find them in the mall (the mall is empty). But we found it and got the cake! Store is straightforward. It is very quiet though (low traffic in the mall). But they were very helpful and we got the cake. Really enjoyed it. Super yummy. I had a happy kid at home.

I wanted to try the new Barbie the Movie cake since a friends birthday was coming up so I ordered one online at a reasonable price but found out there was an issue with the sprinkles and they were going to discontinue the cake. I told them I had no problem with that so went and picked up the cake as planned. The cake looked so cute, they did a beautiful job with the writing on the cake and I couldn't be happier with the experience!

I got the "Love It" size which is basically a medium. The ice cream I got was the Chocolate Devotion which consist of chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, brownie, and fudge. I also added Reese's peanut butter cup to it too. If you're in the chocolate mood this is the ice cream for you! The Cold Stone is also located right in the food court of the Tanforan Mall. This so many different varieties of ice creams and toppings here it's hard to choose.

Very good selection of toppings they had everything I needed to make my favorite ice cream combo. It's a small location and gets pretty busy but it's totally worth it. Very nice lady's working thank you guys

My son requested an ice cream cake for his birthday. He asked for a cookies and cream cake from cold stones. I called and put in an order from the San Bruno/ Tanforan location. From the moment I called to curbside pick up, the staff have been very professional and followed Covid protocol. The cake itself was delicious. It was not like your average hard and hard to cut into cake. The ice cream was smooth to cut into. My son was happy with his cake. And that is what's important. I drove from San Francisco to pick up this cake.

Located in a food court, there's no seats inside but you can most likely find somewhere to sit outside in the general seating area. I came in to purchase an ice cream cake for my husband's upcoming birthday. They had several delicious looking options so I stood around for 5 minutes trying to decide on a flavor. Once I did, I went to check out and the cashier asked if I wanted any writing on the cake. At first I declined thinking there would be a cost, but she let me know that it was complimentary. I went ahead and took her up on the offer and she immediately brought it to the back and came out a minute later with the writing all done - super fast. She also asked if I wanted a bag, which I accepted so she put everything together and had me out quick. Haven't had a chance to eat the cake yet (that's today!) but overall, a solid experience at this Cold Stone location.
